ALUFIX XS: Repeatable Measuring Fixtures for Highest Demands on Accuracy
Alufix XS has been developed for holding small workpieces. It is used for instance on profile projectors or with contact-free 3D measuring systems. Alufix is a modular fixturing system for building all kinds of fixtures, which are mostly used for measuring. The system, made of corrosion-free high-tensile aircraft aluminium, offers a variety of reusable components predestined for repeatable fixtures. Almost all ALUFIX XS/Classic kits and components are also available in Anodized Black for use with non-contact measuring systems.
Alufix Classic guarantees the highest degree of flexibility with regard to fixture building are usually for smaller systems. Modifications on finished fixtures or complete disassembly are possible at any time using these hard-wearing components. Characteristic feature of the Alufix Classic components are the through bores. System sizes 16, 25, 40 and 50 are available; the number corresponds to distance from centre hole to centre hole. Compatibility of components enables accurate, light measuring fixtures, which can be repeated.
Alufix XS/Classic can be purchased with the same flexibility as the systems themselves, from Starter Kits and Basic Sets, to individual components, to customized systems. Everything that you need is available including clamping, adjusting and connection elements, angle plates & struts, V-pieces, and delta blocks,and much more.
