Air iis completely changed approximately 15 times per hour
Humidity is held to approx 40 %-not to exceed 55%
An Air Lock separates the controlled room from the other lab rooms reducing convection of warm outside air from passing over the measuring systems as well as work pieces.
Temperature is held to 68+/-0.1 degrees F (20 C) at point of control to ensure 68 +/-0.8 degrees F volumetric to accommodate a minimum size tolerance of 1um.
The labs are built to a Class 100,000 particles per cubic foot per minute of 0.5 um sized particles.
