We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also offer PayPal as a payment option. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Personal checks are not accepted. These orders may not be placed through our website. Please call Customer Care to place all money order, cashier check and company check orders.
Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $35 fee on all returned checks.

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available and applicable shipping and handling charges will apply. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges.
MSI-Viking Gage Customer Care will make every reasonable effort to notify you of product availability and shipping expectations. Estimations of shipping times are not to be considered a guarantee, as the availability of many of our products is controlled at the manufacturer level. |

Products which are in stock usually ship the same day if ordered by 2:00PM , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. |

| MSI-Viking Gage offers monthly billing credit to APPROVED corporate accounts. The minimum order to open a credit account is $500 for product orders, and $250 for calibration or repair orders. |

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing according to our return policy stated below.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) MUST BE issued for any and all merchandise before it is returned. Please call our Customer Care department at 864.433.9771 during regular business hours to receive an RMA#. Products received without an RMA# will be refused by our receiving department.
RMA numbers will be issued at the discretion of our sales department based upon the following policies and guidelines:

All returns must be requested within 10 days of receiving your product and then must be received back by us within 30 days of original ship date.

After this time any and all merchandise is considered "used" and becomes subject to manufacturer's warranty guidelines for that product.

A minimum restocking fee of 20% of purchase price will be charged for all returns except for MSI-Viking fulfillment mistakes (receipt of a product other than what was ordered), or in the case of a defective product being exchanged for the same product.

All returns must be in NEW condition (no etchings or marks) and must be in original packaging and include original paperwork.

MSI-Viking Gage does not accept returns of parts or accessories; however, we will process replacements of parts or accessories which are faulty strictly according to each individual manufacturer's policies and guidelines.

Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you must be reported within five (5) business days and also must be accompanied by an RMA# and must be in new condition with original paperwork included. No restocking fee will apply to our fulfillment mistakes.

All returns will be carefully inspected upon receipt, and will be accepted at our discretion based on our return policy.

Orders for items in stock will usually ship the same day if order is received before 2:00PM Eastern time. In-stock items received after 2:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or major holidays.
Items to be calibrated may increase shipping time by 1 to 5 days, depending on the product type.
Items sold by MSI-Viking Gage come from many manufacturers and sometimes must be ordered from other countries. Customer Care will contact you with an estimated date the product can be expected.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Please consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by MSI-Viking Gage or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
You will have the opportunity upon checkout to request that a multiple-product order be shipped Complete, or As Available. Please be advised that separate shipping of products on your order WILL result in additional freight and handling charges, which will be charged to your credit card at the time of shipping.
If you wish to use your own UPS Collect Account #, you may enter this under special instructions upon checkout. MSI-Viking Gage ships exclusively through UPS.
MSI-Viking Gage ships ONLY TO United States addresses. At this time we do not ship internationally. |

MSI-Viking Gage shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to all addresses in SC, NC, TN, GA, VA, AL, MS and FL. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
Tax Exemption will be extended to qualified companies when, and only when, that company completes our requirements for tax exemption status. MSI-Viking Gage requires that we have a physical copy of your company's Tax Exemption Certificate on file at our corporate headquarters. A copy of your certificate may be faxed to Kim Sandlin at 864.485.0560 or emailed to ksandlin@msi-viking.com. |

| In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, MSI-Viking Gage shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. MSI-Viking Gage shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, MSI-Viking Gage shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price |
