Can our labs handle your project? Yes they can:

• Our labs and equipment cover 8,000 square feet.
• Air is completely changed in the room approx 15 times per hour.
• Positive Pressure
• Humidity is held to approx 40 % not to exceed 55%.
• An Air lock separates the controlled room from the other lab rooms to reduce convection of warm outside air from passing over the measuring systems as well as work pieces.
• Temperature is held to 68+/-0.1 degrees F (20 C) at point of control to ensure 68 +/-0.8 degrees F volumetric to accommodate a minimum size tolerance of 1um.
• The labs are built to a Class 100,000 particles per cubic foot per minute of 0.5 um sized particles.
