International Ordering Procedure:
- Order amount must be $500.00 USD or more.
- Customer completion of request for price and availability of the products and cost of shipping (Shipping rates do not include duties, taxes or other non-routine customs brokerage charges). Request Quote via email
- Customer will receive soonest possible response and quotation
- Placement of Order
- Freight booking and notification of Estimated Date of Arrival to Named Point of Destination

*We do not accept credit cards for international orders. Customers will need to wire total order amount including estimated shipping, and a $25.00 wire fee before shipment is made.In order to provide customer with the quickest service and most accurate shipping costs, all freight will be shipped according to the following terms:
- Once an order is placed, arrangement for shipping will be made on CPT or CIP Door-to-Door basis. All shipments will be routed to Consignee’s Door via UPS Worldwide Express Freight Service. Both CPT and CIP terms dictate that shipper will be responsible for freight arrangement and costs (CPT) and insurance if requested (CIP). Once the cargo arrives in customer’s country, they will then be responsible for Customs Clearance, and any Duties and/or any other applicable taxes and charges.
- Shipping costs will be shown on the final Commercial Invoice to the Consignee/Customer as a separate line item. Shipments will be sent on a prepaid basis, and costs will include Handling, Documentation, Freight and Insurance if requested. All shipments will be handled in a time-sensitive manner. Once shipment is ready, we will arrange for soonest possible booking to final destination. Upon booking, notification of the shipment details and Estimated Date of Arrival will be provided to Consignee. Special expedited requests may increase shipping costs.
