facility uses state of the art repair tools, including a lapping machine,
caliper straighteners, a monochromatic light, a lathe, and Federal,
Mitutoyo, and Starrett indicator checkers. |

gage securely. Enclose a letter with a brief
description of the problem. (Insure your instrument for its full value.)
- Include
your name, company name, address, daytime phone and fax numbers and
e-mail address.
- Ship via
UPS or Fed Ex. Do not use standard parcel post.

- We accept VISA, MASTERCARD,
DISCOVER AND AMERICAN EXPRESS. Credit applications will be faxed upon
request. Setting up a new account is subject to approval. You can request a credit application by calling (864) 433-9771.
- We do not accept COD shipments or cover any incoming freight or duty charges on returned merchandise
- We will
FAX or email you with an estimate and no work will be performed until we receive
your written approval.

declined return freight is customers responsibility.
