Cancellation and Returns Policies
Cancellation
- Item cancellations should be made within 3 hours after order has been placed. Because some shipments are processed directly from the manufacturers and cannot be stopped, a return fee may apply.
- Cancellations can be done via email or phone. A phone call is the most reliable method. If you do not receive a confirmation to your cancellation email please call immediately. Phone: 864-433-9771, email: customer@msi-viking.com.
Returns
- All returns must be accompanied by a Returns Material Authorization Number which will be issued by the sales department. Please call before returning products at 864-433-9771. Products without the RMA Number will be refused.
- All returns (except warranty issues) must be requested within ten days of receiving your product and received back by us within 30 days of original ship date.
- All returns must be in a "new" condition, this includes original packaging and paperwork. All returns will be inspected and will only be accepted at our discretion.
- No etching or other marks can be on the equipment.
- There is a minimum 20% restocking fee for returned items.
- We do not accept returns for parts or accessories. If a part or accessory is faulty those items are replaced by the manufacturer and we will process such replacements under the manufacturers guidelines.
