Description

Every Class “X” Deltronic gage, throughout their entire range of sizes, is made to the same size and roundness tolerances. Tolerance: Inch +.000040"/-0 [Metric +0.0010mm/-0]. Roundness: Inch 0.000020" [Metric 0.0005mm]. Supplied with Certificate of Accuracy traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology. Made from heat treated steel to a hardness of Rockwell “C” 62-64. Each gage is lapped to approximately one microinch finish that creates a mirror-like surface with additional resistance to wear.
