If you require your equipment by a specific date, please communicate this to our staff and we'll do everything in our power to meet your deadlines.
Due to demand, many of our products are not held in inventory and ship from the manufacturer. In this case, you will receive a shipping estimate via email after your order has been processed.
Products in stock at MSI-Viking Gage headquarters will ship within 1-2 business days.
If your item is backordered, we will communicate estimated shipping times to you as we receive them from the manufacturer. In the case that we cannot reliably estimate a ship date, or if the purchased product will not be available before your required delivery date, our team can work with you to source an alternate item.

We do offer free shipping on many of our products. This free shipping promotion is only valid for ground shipping within the contiguous United States and applies only to products with free shipping listed.

We make every effort to keep prices on our website up to date based on information provided by manufacturers. Occasionally purchases are made on our site which are subject to pricing mistakes due to misinformation from the manufacturer or input error.
In the event of such an error, a customer care specialist will contact you immediately to provide you with options. We maintain the right to refuse to sell an incorrectly priced product, but our team will work with you to find the best available pricing. Other options include order cancellation or exchanges for alternative products within your price range.
