Please research items you are ordering carefully. If you're unsure about which instrument is needed for your specific application, please research our manufacturers' catalogs under the"Our Manufacturers" page, or call us and we will be happy to help guide your purchase. Our Return Policy is as follows:

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing according to our return policy stated below.
 
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) MUST BE issued for any and all merchandise before it is returned.  Please call our Customer Care department at 864.433.9771 during regular business hours to receive an RMA#.  Products received without an RMA# will be refused by our receiving department.
 
RMA numbers will be issued at the discretion of our sales department based upon the following policies and guidelines:
  1. All returns must be requested within 10 days of receiving your product and then must be received back by us within 30 days of original ship date.
  2. After this time any and all merchandise is considered "used" and becomes subject to manufacturer's warranty guidelines for that product.
  3. A restocking fee will be charged for all returns except for MSI-Viking fulfillment mistakes (receipt of a product other than what was ordered), or in the case of a defective product being exchanged for the same product. The restocking fee is equal to the amount the manufacturer charges MSI-Viking Gage to re-stock, or a minimum of 15%, whichever is higher. Be aware that manufacturers sometimes charge as much as 35% and more to re-stock some items.
    Please make your selections carefully or contact our customer care department if you need assistance selecting the right product for your needs. 
  4. All returns must be in NEW condition (no etchings or marks) and must be in original packaging and include original paperwork.
  5. MSI-Viking Gage does not accept returns of parts or accessories; however, we will process replacements of parts or accessories which are faulty strictly according to each individual manufacturer's policies and guidelines.
  6. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you must be reported within five (5) business days and also must be accompanied by an RMA# and must be in new condition with original paperwork included.  No restocking fee will apply to our fulfillment mistakes.
  7. All returns will be carefully inspected upon receipt, and will be accepted at our discretion based on our return policy.
