Description

The Starrett L123Z-60 Lightweight Master Vernier Caliper has a measuring Range of 0-60" with 1-3-8" Bar Width, 3" Jaw Depth and .500" Maximum Nib Width closed. It is the ultimate example of a slide caliper. It is more accurate, has the easiest reading vernier style, is stronger and offered in much longer lengths than other slide calipers. Lightweight versions weigh approximately 10lb for the 60" model and 12 lb for the 72" model. Regular 60" model weighs approximately 32 lb and the regular 72" weighs approximately 36 lb. 60". The master Vernier caliper has an open-face design, fine tool steel construction, hardened, ground and lapped measuring surfaces and screw-type adjusting nut allows for fine measuring adjustments and lock nut holds measurements. Supplied with finished wooden case.
