The Starrett T216XFL-1 Mechanical Digital Outside Micrometer has a measuring Range of 0-1" with .0001" Graduations and a Friction Thimble with Carbide, Flat Anvil and Spindle. Also includes a Lock Nut. The 216 Series Micrometers are simple to use even for the inexperienced. It features clear, easily read numbers to help reduce errors, balanced frame design for comfortable and accurate measuring and it is gracefully designed with a tapered frame to make measuring in narrow and tight slots possible. The Ring-type knurled lock nut is to ensure quick and secure locking and has an extremely hard, one-piece spindle.
