Description

ZEISS RONDCOM NEX Form Tester has the highest accuracy in its class. Precision, rotary table on air bearings and CNC offset stylus mount are the outstanding features of RONDCOM NEX.

The high-precision RONDCOM NEX form tester offers a broad spectrum of applications and a rotational accuracy of 20 nanometers. The patented CNC offset stylus mount enables CNC-guided rotating and pivoting of the stylus and allows deep insertion and also measurement below the R axis.
RONDCOM NEX additionally features an on-board R axis ceramic with high rigidity and reduced weight, allowing even more accurate measurement of large cone angles, diameters and straightness.
The form tester has an extended centering range of ± 5 mm and a precise, wear-free rotary table on air bearings.
Thanks to the improved design, the form tester is even more stable against air circulation.

RONDCOM NEX evaluates form and position tolerances such as roundness, cylinder form, perpendicularity, parallelism, straightness, flatness, coaxiality, concentricity, thickness error and radial runout. With rotational error of just 20 nanometers, RONDCOM NEX is ideal for a wide range of precision parts that have a maximum diameter of 580 mm and weigh up to 30 kg.
