Mitutoyo 543-501B Digimatic Indicator ID-S112MSB employs the ABSOLUTE linear encoder, the Signal ID-S always displays the spindle "Absolute Position" from the origin at power-on. After the initial zero-setting with the ORIGIN button, the repeated absolute positioning is no longer necessary over entire battery life. Unlimited response speed eliminates over-speed errors. This model includes IP42 level protection against dust and water, a Flat Back, SPC data output and a measuring range of .5"/12.7mm with .00005"/ 0.001mm Resolution.
