The Leica Absolute Tracker AT500 makes measurement simple without compromising on portability, productivity, and resilience. From transport case to large-scale measurement is just a matter of moments thanks to a hassle-free setup process, while IP54-rated protection and an extended operating temperature range keep the AT500 working under even the most challenging conditions. From reflector measurement at up to 160 meters from the tracker to simplified 6DoF probing functionality, the AT500 is ready for every manufacturing and assembly challenge, no matter the size or location.

The AT500 is our easiest ever laser tracker. Out of the transport case, power on and you’re ready to measure. There are no cables thanks to the built-in controller and battery power, as well as no levelling or reflector initialization required. The system runs on two IATA compliant batteries, hot-swappable and offering up to 6 hours of runtime. Measurement is faster too – at a 100 Hz, point collection is 10 times faster than the AT403, while the latest generation of our patented PowerLock automatic targeting system avoids time wasting. The system is also augmented by the new AT500 Connect App, which allows network setup and levelling to be performed on your smart phone or tablet (available for Android and iOS).
