GLOBAL Scan+ adds tactile scanning to the range of possible applications. With tactile scanning, a large number of surface points are captured within a short time, enabling highly accurate form and profile measurements on functional parts.

GLOBAL Scan+ combines tactile scanning capability with the flexibility of an automatic probe head. The scanning probe can be positioned at various spatial angles, making accessing more complex workpieces easy. An accompanying styli changer rack accelerates the inspection process by enabling fast changes of styli configurations within a measuring program without restricting the available measurement volume.

HP-S-X1 scanning probe

The HP-S-X1 scanning probes offer the accuracy characteristics of fixed heads but can also be fitted to HH-A and HH-AS automatic indexable heads being capable to measure both in point to point and in continuous scanning mode.

PC-DMIS CAD++

Measure the most complex parts. CAD++ includes sophisticated tools for high-speed scanning, sheet metal measurement, part alignment, automatic GD&T recognition, and more.

Styli Changer Rack

Intelligence styli changer racks for fixed and moving bridge type coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) allow the use of different stylus configurations within a single part program without the need to repeat the qualification procedure.
