Description

Measuring stations from the MarSurf CD series set new standards when it comes to contour testing. Shorter measuring times, flexible applications and easy handling mean greater efficiency for your quality assurance.


The new probe system combines robustness and precision. The variable contacting force even allows you to measure roughness from Rz 2 μm with the MarSurf CD. The low workpiece height and the integrated TY-adjustment also ensure a stable footing. Measuring stations from the MarSurf CD series therefore deliver reliable and precise results, even when used close to production. The low contacting error of 0.75 μm allows for minimal production tolerances.
